These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DeskCommand, the Mac app, and the iPhone and iPad companion apps (collectively, the "Apps"). By using the Apps, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Use of the Apps

DeskCommand lets you control Mac applications and run Shortcuts from your iPhone or iPad. You agree to use the Apps only in a manner that:

• Complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Does not infringe the rights of any third party.
• Does not interfere with or disrupt the operation of any computer, network, or device.
• Does not grant unauthorized access to any device you do not own or have permission to control.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your paired devices. You must only pair devices you own or are authorized to control. DeskCommand only connects devices you explicitly pair, and communications stay between your devices.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Apps to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any device, system, or network.
• Exceed the access control of devices you do not own.
• Use the Apps in any way that violates the terms of the App Store or Mac App Store.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Apps at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Apps.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Apps.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
