This Privacy Policy explains how DeskCommand ("we", "us") handles information when you use the DeskCommand Mac app and the DeskCommand iPhone and iPad companion apps.
DeskCommand is designed to be privacy-first. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to any server operated by us. The connection between your devices is direct and device-to-device.
The apps store minimal data locally on your device to remember your paired connections. This may include a list of paired devices and their settings. This information never leaves your devices.
When you control a Mac from your iPhone or iPad, commands such as launching an app or running a Shortcut are transmitted directly between your paired devices over your local network. These communications are not collected, logged, or transmitted by us.
DeskCommand does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or data-collection services. We do not share your data with any third party.
Our apps are general-purpose and not aimed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
